Dear Mastercraft Exteriors: I want to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Matt Burke and the Mastercraft Exteriors crew for the work they did on my house over this past Summer. This work included a new roof, siding, and gutters/downspouts.

After the hail storm, I spoke to Matt on the phone to get a bid. He came out with another crew member the next available evening to look over the damage. Their professionalism and friendliness were very apparent from the start. They explained how the insurance process would work and also talked about how Mastercraft did not use skeleton crews, so the job would not get drawn out. I felt comfortable enough after talking to them, that I did not
bother to get more bids.

The Mastercraft Exteriors crew came to meet the insurance assessor and even measured the roof out, because the assessor was running an hour late. Thanks to the
Mastercraft Exteriors crew, I was able to get some additional insurance credit for some damage to the stain job on my deck and some broken mortar around the
perimeter of the house.

After my insurance check was sent out, Matt came out promptly to order materials. Before every material dropoff, Matt called to let me know what would be happening and kept me up to date on when the work would happen. If
anything changed in the schedule, he made sure to leave me another update. Looking back on the process, I didn't have to worry about any of the details or think about whether something was going to get done.

In addition to having no surprises about what was happening in the schedule, each of the crews who did the roofing, siding, and gutters did a beautiful job, and they finished each task on the same day.
